Staple Wasp
The Staple Wasp is a reliable high-speed method of installing erosion control fabric. Unlike the magnetic staple sticks which only load and apply one staple at a time, the Staple Wasp has a carriage containing a 50-staple magazine. The two main advantages are speed and the reduction in employee injuries. The Staple Wasp installs staples at a far greater rate than installing them by hand and this in turn saves on labor cost. Because the installer is not bending over and placing each staple in the ground as they would in traditional application methods there is less likelihood of lower back and other physical injuries which in turn allows for less employee sick time.
