Regular Topsoil is often sourced from construction sites before construction begins. Regular Topsoil contains rocks, roots, and large clumps from the heavy equipment used in its excavation. Soil quality is somewhat variable based on available sources.

The rocks and roots in this soil make it well suited for landscapers and excavators who already have the equipment to be able to remove them on site. As such, this product is not recommended for homeowners without such equipment without first looking at the product in person. Alternatively our Screened Topsoil can often be easier and more cost effective to use in the absence of the correct equipment.
