Screened Topsoil is made by running our Regular Topsoil through a 5/8" screener to remove rocks, roots and clumps. This makes for a fine, easy to spread product, but it can still vary in consistency based on available sources. It is very well suited to final grading and filling small hollows or depressions in existing grade.

Organic matter in this product can vary based on feedstock and can cause some batches to compact more readily to the detriment of plants. In order to alleviate this concern, Screened Blend is recommended in some applications.
